All Diamond product(s) purchased through the diamondpedals.com website or an authorized Diamond retailer comes with a three (3) year warranty against failure resulting from defective parts, and/or faulty workmanship.

Cosmetic flaws or issues related to wear and tear are not covered.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. Warranty coverage terminates three years after the date of purchase. While a product is under warranty, the product will be repaired free of charge. The owner of the product will be responsbile for both shipping to and from Diamond Pedals HQ located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Warranty coverage will be automatically canceled should the product be tampered with, modified, damaged through misuse and/or abuse, repaired by an unauthorized third-party, or damaged through failure to follow our operating instructions.

Clearance, B-Stock, and Custom Orders

Please be aware that all sales of clearance items, B-stock, modified, or custom orders are final. These items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

General Return Policy

Can I return my purchase for a refund?

Yes, you can! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from www.diamondpedals.com. If you need to return an item, you can do so within 7 business days of receiving your order for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns requested after this period.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to process. Please note, a 10% re-stocking fee applies to cover transaction and shipping costs incurred when the order was placed, even for orders with free shipping.

Does Diamond provide free return shipping labels?

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by the 10% re-stocking fee. We recommend using an insured and traceable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Unfortunately, Diamond cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How do I obtain a refund?

To start the return process, please email us at hello@diamondpedals.com within the 7-day return window. Items must be returned in new condition with all original packaging and contents. Regrettably, items that are damaged or missing contents cannot be refunded.

Exchange Policy

Can I exchange my purchase for something else?

Yes, you can! If you'd like to exchange your item for another product of equal value, you can do so within 14 business days of receiving your order. Exchanges requested after this period cannot be accepted.

All exchanges are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee to cover transaction and shipping costs incurred when the order was placed.

Does Diamond provide free shipping labels for exchanges?

Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the 10% re-stocking fee. This applies to both the return of the original item and the shipment of the new one.

How do I exchange my item?

To start an exchange, please email us at hello@diamondpedals.com within the 14-day exchange window. Items must be returned in like-new condition and in a timely fashion.

What if I need a repair or there are issues with my purchase?

All Diamond pedals come with a limited 3-year warranty from the original date of purchase. Products covered by the warranty will be repaired free of charge for defects in parts or workmanship. Cosmetic flaws or wear and tear are not covered. Please read our full warranty policy to see if your purchase qualifies.

Cancellation Policy

What happens if I cancel my order before it is shipped?

If you need to cancel your order before it has shipped, please note that a 5% cancellation fee applies to cover transaction fees incurred when the order was placed.
