Shipping policy

Shipping To Canada:

We use a third party shipping service to send parcels across Canada. Your parcel may be delivered by Canada Post or a courier service. Standard shipping is included on all orders 199USD and up. Tracking is included. Please contact us before placing an order if you require a different shipping provider, we can also offer shipping by Fedex, UPS or Purolator at an extra charge. 

Shipping to USA:

We use a third party shipping service to send parcels to the US from the US via USPS. Standard shipping is included on all orders 199USD and up. Our packages are picked up in Montreal, taken across the border and shipped from the US. There are no additional duties or taxes. Please contact us before placing an order if you require a different shipping provider, we can also offer shipping by Fedex, UPS or Purolator at an extra charge. 

Shipping Internationally:

We ship using either Fedex Priority or DHL. Duties and taxes may apply and are not included in the purchase price. Please contact us before placing an order for a quote if you require a different shipping provider, we also offer shipping by postal services.
