Refund policy

All Diamond pedals purchased from our site come with a 7-day return, 14-day exchange period from the time that the product has been received. No refunds or exchanges will be offered past 14 days. Shipping to and from Diamond is non-refundable and in the event of an exchange, additional shipping charges may apply.

Orders with free shipping will be subject to the actual shipping costs.

Items must be returned in like new condition and in a timely fashion. In order to initiate a return, email us at hello@diamondpedals.com within the allocated time frame.

All clearance, B-stock, modified or custom made pedals are final sale as are accessories and merch, no exchanges or returns.
